I hold heart-centered, safe space for men and women to trust their inner wisdom and courageously live life with as much love as possible.
Free writing, drawing or moving your body allows you to bypass the mind and let your personal instructions flow from your unconscious, often surprising you with your own guidance and wisdom.
Holding a talking piece helps you slow down and ground you in your body so you can feel what wants to be spoken uncensored. Once you get used to it, you may not want to put it down!
Jewish sages knew what science now proves, that we are energetic beings. Learn how to apply these simple teachings in your everyday life. Who knew Jewish tradition could be so fun and relevant to modern life?
I offer solace, sanctuary, and the nectar of multi-dimensional play in all the gatherings I joyfully host.
"The circle conversations you host feel magical to me. I am able to access something deeper from within me than I could have imagined would come out of my mouth. I want this way of communicating to permeate my whole life. I want to see a world where we all live like that.”
~ Circle Participant
These spaces are non-judgmental, encouraging, and conscious spaces where new light ripples out into all areas of our life and our world.
They are offered both in Nashville and online where we are building a conscious field of people, like you, interested in knowing their true selves and seeding a more positive future now.
A Mini Transformational Art Journaling Retreat for deepening inner awareness and creative expression. (in Nashville & online in March & April).
A 4-week group: Cosmic Kabbalah Community Circle for applying ancient wisdom in modern times and embodying the underlying interconnectedness of all life.
(in Nashville & online in March & April).
Do you know people who are ready to slow down and are curious to explore new ways of being and communicating in these times? Perhaps you work at a healing center, house of worship, yoga center, or you have a community of friends that would like to learn how to have meaningful conversations about awakening their inner wisdom and successfully navigating changing times. If so, I can help.
With years of experience in hosting meaningful conversations and inspiring creativity in groups, I would be happy to speak with you about custom-designing a program for men and women who could benefit from living, listening, speaking and creating in peaceful and heart-centered ways.
“Analesa has been a warm, generous, and energetic leader of East Side Tribe’s women’s group, Rosh Chodesh. Not only is she a gracious host with the ability to connect with women of all ages, but she is also clear-eyed in her vision for the group while remaining open to the process of co-creation. Analesa is skilled at grounding our practice using artwork, natural objects, light, sound, and movement. She reminds us to let wisdom come from the body. And, most importantly, she is intuitive in knowing when the group needs more time to process something that comes up. Thank you, Analesa!”
Hilary Mirowitz, East Side Tribe
In challenging times, hearing stories of people who have courageously moved successfully to the other side of hardship are inspiring.
In 2018 I wrote and performed a One Woman Show I called The 23rd Letter. It was a multi-media performance that incorporated my stories, artwork, singing, and acting as myself and my ancestors, to share stories of resilience, optimism, separation, hardship, and joy.
While I don't perform the whole show anymore, I incorporate vignettes from the performance, along with my artwork and song, to deliver engaging and inspiring keynotes that leave audiences feeling courageous themselves to move through difficult times with more confidence and positive expectation.
In the sidebar here, you can watch the promotional video for the show. This will give you an idea of my stage presence and the powerful, and humbling (for me), way my performance touched and inspired the audience members.
“You are going to laugh and you are going to cry with Analesa. And you are going to come away feeling very, very uplifted and remembering there is so much hope in humanity.”
~ P. Mollet, Audience member.
